Many are there to eat? Do I need a semi-Cololo contain the word or after-care as it is?

Okay, apart from the comma after the word "including".
We have no right to comma after "activities" (as the word "including" is actually directly modify the word "people") or "including" (from "baby Doon" is the direct object).
