I bought a laptop which is LG C1 APP7T U7600 1GB 80GB 10.6 VHP TABLET but I have a problem with its touchpad ? - touchpad tablet

If I make a window full screen, the pen will not work on the screen so that I can not close the window. How do I solve this problem? All settings for that? Thank you in advance.
